MORPH RETURNS after World Carp Classic!
The worst lucky mascot ever (so far) has officially risen from the now cold murky depths of Lac de Madine and has been spotted in the departure lounge of Heathrow awaiting a flight to Nairobi Kenya. Rumour has it that his final destination is Watamu on the balmy tropical shores of the Indian Ocean, where he is hoping to get nailed to the mast of Tega a 27ft sports fishing boat to escape a bit of the winter. Tega is ably skippered by Steve George a UK veteran of the Kenyan high seas, and renowned Giant Trevally magnet!
Morph is up for 5 days fishing with his current unfortunate host, Stewart Downing, who is off for a 3 week jaunt in darkest Africa, with his long suffering fish wife Heather.
Just to prove it, here is a shot of Morph taken only this evening, (on a kid’s play table??) by the hapless couple as they begin another fishy and increasingly seasonal adventure together.
Stay in touch with them all, as there is the promise of not only big GTs and Amberjack, but also a good chance of a big Tiger or Bull Shark, and hopefully a good shot at bill fish such Sailfish, Striped or Black Marlin !
See you in Africa! Jambo !!
