Après notre sortie loose récente sur la BRA (cf: http://www.eu.purefishing.com/blogs/fr/sylvain-legendre/2012/07/07/nav-sur-la-bra-ou-journee-loose/ ), c’est à mon tour de recevoir Greg pour une petite pêche au Léman. La sortie précédente me laisse peu d’espoirs et je prends les devants en prévenant Greg de ce qui nous attend! On démarrera vers 8h pour arrêter autour de 11h, c’est très court mais suffisant pour faire découvrir cette pêche à Greg. After our recent “loose session” on the BRA, it’s my turn to receive Greg for a short trial on Geneva lake. The previous day on the lake was so bad that I let Greg know that it should be more than difficult. We will start at 8am and stop at 11am, it’s short but enough to have him discover this fishing style.
Je l’équipe d’un Pulse en 11cm, la valeur sûre. J’opte quant à moi pour un Giant Ripple. Le temps est maussade, ce qui est plutôt de bonne augure. En effet il ne faudra pas attendre bien longtemps avant que Greg ne prenne ses premières touches et amène au bateau deux poissons corrects. Une petite erreur technique et ils nous échappent de peu. Je débloque le compteur avec un premier broc…Les touches se suivent, Greg fait son poisson….
I tie on his rod a 11cm Pulse, the must have. I choose a Giant Ripple. The weather is bad, which is good. We won’t have to wait for the first bites, Greg will bring to the boat 2 fish, but looses them close to the net. I catch a first pike, we have many strikes, Greg catches his fish…
Je rentrerai un joli poisson de 86….I will catch a nice 86cm fish…
Puis quelques autres, la taille moyenne est sympa…and some others, with a good average size…
Je propose à Greg de lui montrer un goëland de près, je garde la méthode secrète mais j’en prends un en moins de 30sec. Il est relâché en pleine forme après la photo souvenir….I propose to Greg to show him a goëland, I keep the technique secret but I spend less than 30sec to catch one. He will be released, in good health, after the picture…
Il est déjà l’heure de partir, je clôture avec ce joli 70 qui me fait une superbe chandelle à 30m du bateau….It’s already time to leave, I finish with a 70+ that makes a fantastic jump 30m away from the boat.
Me voilà un peu réconcilié avec le Léman. Pas de gros poisson mais 7 poissons corrects dans le bateau et 2 décrochés à l’épuisette. A refaire…Well, I feel better. No big fish, but 7 nice ones and 2 lost at the net, in 2-3h, that’s not that bad.
